Refund Policy
Satisfaction First
If you’re not satisfied with a service, please let us know within 24 hours.
We will return to address the issue and make it right.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed services.
Instead, we provide a re-clean or correction to ensure the job meets expectations.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
Service Conditions
Refunds or re-cleans may not apply in cases where:

access to the home was limited

areas were restricted or unsafe
Payments
All payments are final once the service has been completed.
