Welcome to DusterMaid. By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Overview

DusterMaid provides personalized services including (but not limited to):

  • Residential and commercial cleaning

  • Seasonal services (such as lawn care, leaf removal, snow and ice support)

  • Assembly and setup services

All services are custom-quoted based on the information provided by the client.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are personalized and based on the details submitted through our form or discussed directly.

  • Quotes are typically provided within 24 hours.

  • Pricing reflects the agreed scope of work. Changes to scope may require a revised quote.

  • DusterMaid does not offer flat-rate pricing or standardized packages.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate service details, including location and access instructions.

  • If access to the service location is not available at the scheduled time, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

  • Walkthroughs are scheduled only when necessary.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Secure pets and valuables

  • Inform DusterMaid of fragile, sensitive, or restricted areas

5. Eco-Friendly Products & Client Supplies

  • DusterMaid uses eco-friendly, non-toxic products by default.

  • Clients may request the use of their own supplies or equipment.

  • DusterMaid is not responsible for performance issues caused by client-provided products.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

7. Liability & Damages

  • DusterMaid takes care to treat all spaces with respect.

  • Any concerns or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

DusterMaid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or website access.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
