All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Service details, pricing, and scope will be confirmed prior to the job date.
Estimates & Pricing
• Prices listed on the website are starting rates.
• Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, travel distance, and scope of work.
• Custom quotes will be provided before service begins.
• Additional services requested on-site may result in price adjustments.
Payments
Payment is due prior to or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Memberships are billed monthly.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
Dustermaid reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid balances.
Membership Terms
Membership plans provide discounted rates on eligible services.
• Discounts apply only while membership is active.
• Membership fees are billed monthly.
• Members may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Discounts do not apply to previously completed services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.
• Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area.
Dustermaid is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Unsecured valuables
• Structural issues
• Normal wear and tear
Equipment & Site Requirements
Certain services may require specific tools or equipment. When equipment is provided on-site by the customer, Dustermaid will use reasonable care during operation and return items in their existing condition.
If specialized equipment is required and not available on-site, service arrangements will be discussed prior to scheduling.
Service availability may vary depending on season, equipment requirements, and project scope.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Dustermaid’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to update pricing, services, and membership terms at any time. Active members will be notified of changes affecting their plan.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
