By booking with Dustermaid, you agree to the following:

Payment
Payment is required before or at the start of service.
We accept digital payments or cash only.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to make it right.
We do not offer refunds, but we stand behind our work.

Scheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.
Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

Home Access & Safety
Please ensure access to your home is arranged ahead of time.
For safety, pets should be secured if needed.

Liability
We treat your home with care.
Dustermaid is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured fragile items.

Products
We use eco-friendly products unless you request otherwise.
