Do I need to be home during the clean?Not at all! As long as we have access, we can take care of everything while you're out.

What is a credit?A credit is what you use to book a cleaning under your membership plan. One credit = one cleaning session (unless otherwise stated in your package). Credits are included in each plan unless otherwise noted.

How many credits can I use per week?We allow 1 credit use per week for Core and Plus plans. VIP and Elite members can use up to 2 credits per week.

Do credits roll over?Yes, unused credits roll over up to your plan’s cap: Core: 3 credits Plus: 4 credits VIP: 6 credits Elite: 8 credits

What are “Extras” for Elite members?Extras are premium services such as time-intensive deep cleans, organization projects, or seasonal tasks that go beyond standard cleaning. Elite members can request these as part of their membership without extra labor charges, though supply costs may apply.

Are add-ons included in every plan?No — Core includes no free add-ons, Plus includes 1 per month, VIP includes 2 per month, and Elite includes 3 per month. Extra add-ons are billed at our standard rates.

Is the price shown my final price?Prices listed are for the smallest qualifying property size. Final pricing is adjusted based on your home’s size, condition, and add-ons selected.
