Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DusterMaid, each clean is crafted with time, care, and intention. Because we reserve limited client spots and prepare each visit in advance, our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness to both our team and our clients.

🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 48-hour notice required for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in loss of scheduling priority or service eligibility.​

💳 Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable once a service has been completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. Your happiness matters.

👷 Right to Refuse or Exit

If a DusterMaid cleaner feels unsafe, disrespected, or encounters any inappropriate situation, they reserve the right to leave the job immediately. A partial or full service fee may still apply based on time spent and travel.
